Our subscriptions are designed to be flexible to fit your lifestyle!

You can select a monthly or a bi-monthly subscription to fit your unique needs, with 10% discount on all bi-monthly and 20% discount on all monthly subscriptions, as well as free shipping on all orders over R500. 

We understand that plans change, that’s why our subscriptions are designed to change too along with your needs. Going on holiday? Or just want a little break? you can pause your subscription at any time. Want to try a different flavor? No problem, you can change it at anytime. No commitment – you can cancel after one month if you’re not as in love with our products as we are!

So how does it work? Select your desired products and subscription and insert your Email and chosen Password to create your account, so that you can control your settings and subscriptions. Your first order will be processed immediately upon purchase.

Depending on your selected subscription, your next recurring payment date and amount will be either 1 month or 2 months from the original purchase date and will be processed immediately upon recurring payment receipt and delivered within the specifications of our existing shipping terms. The amounts and dates will be listed on your invoice upon checkout, you can also find all the information under the ‘My Account’ tab in the main menu, under the ‘subscriptions’ tab.

You may pause your subscription by clicking the ‘suspend’ button or cancel at any time by clicking the ‘cancel’ button, you can do so at any time before the next payment date. Need to change your address? you can do so by clicking the ‘change address’ button. Feeling adventurous and wanting to try a new flavor? you can do so by clicking the ‘change flavor’ button, select your new desired flavor and proceed through the checkout, you will see the purchase amount will be set to ‘nil’ and will update your subscription once the checkout process has been complete. Want to add additional products to your subscription? Login to your account, select the product you’d like to add and check  ‘add to an existing subscription’  and click the ‘add’ button.

*Please note that you can only add products to an existing subscription with the same terms, you cannot add a bi-monthly product subscription to a monthly one etc. you can however, create separate subscriptions, one as a monthly and another as a bi-monthly.

If you’d like to speed up the next delivery, you can process your next payment any time before the recurring payment date.

The subscriptions option is currently only available using the PayFast payment gateway to allow for ease of use and does not support manual payments at this point.
